Three different batches of Australia’s Little Creatures beer have been recalled by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). The recall has been issued because of the potential for glass contamination from a batch of weaker than standard bottles, issued by the company.

Little Creatures is in the Lion stable of beers, with the Western Australian-based company 50% owned by Lion.

The recall applies only to the 568ml pint bottles with the following best before dates.

– Pale Ale: Between 7 Jul 2012 and 5 Aug 2012

– Bright Ale: 7 Apr 2012

– The Dreadnought Single Batch: 4 May 2012
