Sir Ralph Norris, the highest paid banking executive in Oceanic history has joined the board of Fonterra, the New Zealand farmer owned dairy co-operative. Norris retires soon from his position as head of Australia’s Commonwealth Bank and will take up his director’s role in May 2012.
