Fonterra’s GlobalDairyTrade system bounced back from declines in its last two auctions to record a 1.5% increase in the GDT-TWI Price Index at this week’s trade. The average price across all dairy offerings was US$3701 per tonne, thanks to whole milk powder maintaining its price at US$3652.
